Each training session starts with a warm-up that leads to a fitness component to develop strength, speed, and explosiveness. These movements then build on footwork and dodging, utilizing the same muscles. Each session will combine these movements into lacrosse-specific dodging and shooting drills. Every session involves functional movement, mind/body connection, and muscle memory.

Our mindset coaching is built into what we do, and that is what makes us unique. Every player spends hours training physically, but few train the most important muscle of all, their mental muscle. We coach our sessions with built-in strategies to cope when things don't go to plan, create muscle memory to build consistency, and, most importantly, build confidence through a positive and supportive environment that will not let you come up short.
