High Reps, High Intensity, and Compound Movements
We'll break down footwork to build explosiveness and strength, with a focus on speed, consistency, and creating powerful shots. Each drill builds on the last, developing the skills to make you a constant threat on the field.
*Girls only need a stick, while boys need a stick and gloves.
This advanced training focuses on refining dodging, shooting, and body movement. It's not for beginners or for learning basic skills like catching and throwing. The goal is to create consistent explosiveness, targeting attack and midfield players. Defenders are welcome, though long poles are not allowed in the facility.
